Cody Cook

I have spent decades running at problematic situations, from a devastated power grid in Louisiana following Hurricane Katrina to a straight-forward isolated bus duct installation. And that’s exactly the type of person you want at the helm of your power solution partner.

As the President and co-owner of MidStates Energy Co., alongside my friend and colleague Nathan Naeger, I plan, organize, direct, and oversee the delivery of power plant maintenance and industrial and commercial electrical needs. Some people may run into a problem and take a week to find a solution; at MidStates Energy, we run in and take our years of knowledge and start problem-solving through trial and error to get to the solution.

For years to come, we at MidStates Energy hope to build a successful company that changes lives. Thriving on competition, identifying solutions for challenging power maintenance issues, and the satisfaction of a job well done, MidStates Energy is your national power solution.

Nathan has worked in the industry for 20 years and is the Vice President of MidStates Energy after spending more than 10 years managing, documenting and commissioning commercial and industrial projects. He has overseen projects ranging from $250,000 to $12,500,000 in total revenue.

Kyle has been in the industry for more than 20 years, setting the bar for project management. He’s an expert in mechanical troubleshooting and electrical installation with extensive experience in major industrial and commercial projects.  He ensures projects are completed in a timely manner and within a budget. Kyle is certified in OSHA-30 and MSHA Part 48.
